Membership Application
If you would like to race in the 2012 Season you will need to fill out a Membership Application and pay a Membership Fee of $150.00. Please fill out all of the application, this is what will be used by the announcers at the tracks. If you have never raced with the ALTWM please write Rookie at the top of your application. If you are having trouble printing the form, you can email becky_calhoun@bellsouth.net and we can mail you one. Please make out check or money order to Ark-La-Tex Wing Modifieds or ALTWM. We will allow you to pay cash at the track before you race.
